  We had our first experience with Dr. Palmer when we took our 11 week old duck toller to him on an emergency call. He was so fantastic with Lando and called us first thing the next morning to see how our puppy was doing. At this time they were not our regular vet, but that didn't matter. After this we went to our then current vet for his 12 weeks shots and had such a terrible experience that we immediately switched to Dr. Palmer. The assistant working was fantastic and when we went in for our 16 week shots we had the best experience. They took the time to answer all questions and cared so much for our puppy that he didn't even realize he got shots! This clinc is amazing and cares for every animal that comes in. Thank you so much for everything that you do!

  I found a bird that got hurt and robin took it in and hopefully it made a full recovery if not at least we tried. I was so impressed by her kindness and explaining what would happen either way. Thank you so much

  Sault Ste. Marie Animal Clinic has cared for all of our pets since we moved to the Sault 11 years ago. The care has been exemplary and I cannot recommend highly enough. Our animals are treated as we would treat them. From routine care to complex surgery to end of life care we have always been 100% satisfied.

  Our girls are regular patients of Dr. Palmers. When one of them got so sick that we had to make the hardest decision of our lives. Dr. Palmer and his staff were there to help us through the tough time. They made sure that we were in the office by ourselves with our dog. They had the room all set up when we got there. She had her favourite blanket and pillow. Dr. Palmer gave us all the time that we needed and we even brought our other girl in with us so she could say goodbye to her sister. I would not take my pets to any other vet. Dr. Palmer and his staff are the best.

  Dr. Palmer and his staff have been looking after my golden retrievers for 25 years now and I could not ask for better care. I began going to them when my first dog got hit by a car. She was very seriously injured and even though they were not our vets at the time, they immediately took her in and saved her life! I have been going there ever since! They continue to take amazing care of my current dog and I continue to be happy with their service. I was especially appreciative of Dr. Palmer's compassion when we have had to say a permanent goodbye to our beloved dogs. Cashew, Pecan, Hazel & Almond thank you from the bottom of their hearts!!
