  Almost every single time I pick up medication, there's an issue. A multitude of times, I have been told that my medication was ready for pickup, when it wasn't. Then when I get upset, after having to deal with this repeatedly, they tell me I'm being unreasonable!

  any body else have this problem?, perhaps there is complaint line to the gov't to look into this., wonder why our health care is cutting back, issues like this should STOP.

  Every time I come here to fill my medicine even though it is always said it will be ready it never is. I usually like to walk my dog here but the wait times up to an hour and a half is too much for my dog to be tied out back. My medication I need is required at a certain time every day even coming an hour early to wait and they just give you a pager so you can walk around the mall as if you have nothing else to do in your day but hang out at the mall. I really can't wait for the medication I take to be available at my pharmacy which has only about a 5 minute wait. If anyone is interested try out Drug Basics at the Pine Street Food Basics.

  I bought a $250 gift card for my friend....turns out it was used and they wont replace it or refund me. The manager says, " I am sorry, there is nothing I can do" call the number on the back.

  when I went to pick up the ONE prescription, there were 3, when questioned, the person told me, THREE were requested, I believe , the hospital requested one, and, the extra drugs, filling fee is an extra cost, when I told the person this, the answer was "you don't pay for it anyway, what is the big deal?, I get so frustrated when they bleed the gov't like this, the doc prescribes 90 days, they do 30 days, 3 times, this is a real rip off, and, I told them so, and, most times, I get the 90 days, but, they still try to get the extra filling fee once in awhile, I guess it's time for a change.

  the SAH faxed a prescription, there with only ONE, 2 others on the fax, were supposed to be kept on file, IF, I requested them. (potent painkillers).

  I have never dealt with a business who's employees, are so unprofessional, that they will argue with customers, who are discussing the issue with their boss.

  In addition, and more importantly I had a friend who's PRIVATE Medical information was shared by one of the technicians, to her friends.
