  This hotel is in a great spot, which is the only positive thing as it is down by the waterfront. It is in need of some serious renovation, as the carpets in the hallways hadn't been cleaned in years, the odors in the hallway were awful, and even our room didn't feel clean. With some renovation this would be a good hotel.

  We were well greeted by Ashley, great warm welcome and very friendly treatment. We were offered a very reasonable deal as well.

  Exactly what I was looking for. Simple, pleasant, good location very close to the border. Superb staff. Check in folks were extremely friendly and helpful and I watched the morning staff person handling breakfast do the best job I have ever witnessed. She actually helped customers with their children while they tried to make breakfast. It's a very simple place. If you're looking for the Hilton, this is not the place.

  Pretty location away from traffic. Clean room, lobby and breakfast area. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. This is a good overnight or short stay 2 story hotel with lots of parking but there's no elevator so if you have problems with stairs request a main floor room. The free breakfast ranges from cold cereals, muffins, fruit, yogurt and hard cooked eggs to make your own waffles and sausages. Discounts for CAA/AAA, Seniors, and Choice Privilege Hotel members.
