  this location is great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the views are amazing. The rooms are clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable.

  I travel a lot for work. I like Delta and realize they are getting through all their hotels to modernize, which is great. Food here was excellent, but not a lot of vegetarian options and I would say about 5-10 percent overpriced for the serving sizes and a 3 dollar room delivery charge plus tip is steep.

  This is the gem of northern Ontario. Visit was in January. I am a worldly traveler and this place is outstanding. If you are in the Sault Ste Marie (Soo) area this is the must stay place. Staff is awesome and very accommodating. The food is spot on. I had a personal request for the cooking method of a ribeye and they delivered beyond exoections. Ths hotel is updated as well as the rooms. Very cozy for any trip. I am writing this review because the staff and accommodations have far exceeded any of my expections. If you visit the Soo, you have to stay at the Delta. Go visit Malia at the bar , she knows her drinks and a very good collects of liquir and beer.

  Best most comfortable bed I have ever found to date in any hotel, in other Cdn hotels or other countries. Looked forward to curling up in it after a long day!

  For those that are use to high end resorts. The only thing missing is valet and bell boys. That my be available during the tourist season, don’t know. I visited off season and this place exceed all my expectations. I will be bck in a few weeks

  Rooms are small but comfortable. What makes this property a 5 star hotel is the staff. People smiling all the time and very attentive to your needs. They went above and beyond. From the house keeping team to the front desk and the restaurant. Bravo

  The best place to stay if you are visiting Sault-Ste-Marie! It is very well located on the river which offers a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and we did not hear any other tenants. Breakfast was not included with the room but we decided to have breakfast at their restaurant as we were in a hurry. They offer the choice of a breakfast buffet for 16$, or to order an American breakfast for 14$ and they serve delicious Starbucks coffee. The food was excellent and the price fair. The service was impeccable, they even had a little gift set and a kid friendly cup for my little one. I would definitely go back there the next time that I have to stopover in Sault-Ste-Marie.
