  After driving 18 hours I arrive at the hotel around 2 am totally exhausted and hoping to find a warm room to sleep.

  I had to fight to get half of my payment back which is unfair. Please do not use this hotel it's crappy and really not great. Invest a little bit more and stay in a more decent hotel.

  Staffs are good. No elevator. Stairwell is too straight and long . Very exhausted. Washroom outside but very quite no rush. Bed is average , very spongy. Price is affordable. Location and parking good and available. WiFi is fast .

  Throughout my stay I am always greeted with warm and genuine smiles from staff and owners. It is like one big family here with less than a handful of rules set up to respect themselves, staff and other residents.

  Instead I have Matt at the reception informing me that my reservation was made for the next night by mistake because of a problem with Expedia. Since all rooms were taken, he refereed me to an hotel nearby but their rooms were too expensive. I ended up sleeping in my car that night.

  I would also give a shout out to single women travelling alone would find comfort in knowing you have a close respectful staff watching out for you..

  I even sent an email to the hotel management to tell them that I would arrive late because of my drive thru the US. They received my email and said no problem we will wait for you.

  The staff were really very nice, the bar was great, they had a pool table etc.

  It was not disabled friendly at all, stank of smoke, the microwave was broken, the shower was special, the bathroom was horrible, the towels were not white anymore, the floor was sticky, the coffee machine didn't reach the plug. All I could hear all night was another guests TV. There are multiple flights of uneven steps.
