  I bought a promise ring for my girlfriend it was shiny and not tarnished when I gave it to her. We went together to get it sized and they fitted her and told her a certain size would work and when it came back 2 weeks later it was tarnished and looked horrible. And it was too big. We sent it back the guy put a rush on it for a better size and rhodium dip which they were supposed to do the first time. It's now 3 weeks later and it's barely shiny you can see the 2 spots it was sized. She's only worn it a few hours and it isn't shiny anymore. Not to mention when I bought it they told me it was rose gold with white gold band and we found out they lied and it's actually Sterling silver. Completely done with this place will be returning the ring and never going again.

  I had went in to the store about 2 weeks before Christmas to order a ring for Christmas, they said that it would be ready in time. I had taken a picture of the ring in the display so I could show my mom what she would be picking up. When my mother had gotten the call to pick the ring up, they had said that they had gotten the diamonds wrong but to bring it home and that they would be able to send it off to get fixed after Christmas. Once my mother got it home and I had opened it, we had realized that they had lied to us, they never shipped it off to get ready, instead they gave us the one in the display counter. We had went in two days after Christmas and put in a complaint about it. They had said they would send it away and get ready. I went in to check my ring a few days ago and they had said that they were having a difficult time with the diamonds. Now these people are a jewelry store it is their job to work with diamonds, so that was a terrible excuse/lie that they had fed to us again. Now they had told us it would be ready the following week. I had went in to check the status of it again and it is still not in. now I had preordered this ring 2 weeks before Christmas of 2016, it is now 3 weeks into 2017 and I still have not gotten my ring. They have fed us excuses and lies, all I know is that I will not be ordering from them ever again, this is just rediculous.
