  Ever since coming to Catalyst I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness level. I'm doing things I would normally not do at other gyms such as the olympic lifts and burpees. I enjoy the atmosphere at the classes, everyone is so encouraging and uplifting! it makes my time at the gym fun. The coaches at Catalyst are very helpful and I've learned a lot from them whether it's correcting my form, helping me with double unders, or getting encouragement to keep going during a WOD. I'm happy to be apart of the Catalyst family.

If you're looking for to start working out, change things up, take it to the next level you need this gym in your life! The best part about this gym is the new friends you'll make! Nothing is better at motivating you than having amazing gym buddies that hold you accountable! If you've been thinking about it, take the leap!
