  Great customer service resolution if the delivery guys damage your home. I gave Jordan 5 stars for his efforts to satisfy my complaint. I'm happy with my new Canadian made leather couch and chair good quality and consistent leather grain. I should have it for many years. The price was fair and delivery at no extra charge. I will definitely be back. Thanks.

  Not impressed. We have purchased a lot of furniture from Leon's and there is always an issue. This time (we just purchased a couch set) was the last straw. 1st the sales people treated us like we weren't serious about buying 2nd we had to come back to order because her "system was down" to the cashier accusing us of shorting them 100$ (cash) when she counted the money twice (she called us at 930 pm knowing we have a newborn to give us the guilt trip that the money would be taken out of her cheque) to the set not being able to be delivered because the delivery people say it won't fit. So now my family has no couch because we threw ours out to make room. And now we have zero furniture and a baby shower next Saturday.. Ill never shop there again!

  Sales Associate Ryan was extremely helpful and professional. He came up with a compromise because I hate leather and my man loves it. We also got great info on a washer / dryer combo !

  I dealt with Fraser Ross regarding a missed opportunity on a sale priced couch. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and took care of my purchase with the utmost respect and professionalism. Definitely a good manager to have. Thank you Fraser.
