  Staff is stuck up and snobby. All about the mighty dollar and take advantage of you at the lowest point of your life. Taking advantage of people when they lost a loved one is totally wrong! Staff needs to take some sensitivity training as well.

  My father recently passed away and our family secured the services of Northwood Funeral and Cremation Centre. It was a peaceful and positive experience. The attendants were very helpful and respectful. All courtesy was given to our guests and family. The visitation was well prepared. The service was heartfelt and sincere. The facility was perfect. When the need arises we will return to Northwood. Thank you to everyone who helped us through this difficult time. Shelley Burgstaller

  I was there for my friends funeral Mr. Richichi the staff did a terrible job for viewing his hair was a mess and he did not look anything like himself with the amount of make up they put on him. The icing on the cake was when the staff started talking about how bad another locally owned funeral home is and that we should move our prepaid funeral over to them. Not very proffesional by any means. I think you should look to see what's going on in your back yard before you comment on what's going on in the other side of the fence.
