  The Flower Shop has always come through for me. Having family in Canada and the states it is nice to be able to rely on someone to deliver what I order in a timely and professional manner. My niece is always so delighted when she gets her irises on her birthday, which she shares with her mom, my little sister.

  As the owner and operator of The Flower Shop I have always strived to guarantee any product that goes out of my shop. I have done this for 20 years. Concerning the review from the "deluxe" rose order - she was refunded for the 6 missing roses from her order. This was refunded to her Visa card as she was told. She was offered additional product to go to the recipient but refused that.

  I had ordered Deluxe roses for $120 (18 roses) for Mother's Day, but my mother received the standard for $99 (12 roses). I was charged for the Deluxe order. I emailed to explain the error in my order, and was told by one of the staff that they sent the correct order. I then sent my invoice and a screenshot of the item from their website. I was then told that they would send the remaining 6 roses a week later, and I was still charged the full price for the error. I asked the staff not to do this, and then I got an incredibly rude email saying that they had accommodated my complaints in the past (e.g. sending incorrect flowers) and said that sending the remaining flowers a week later was sufficient. The staff even brought up an issue saying that one of the people that I had sent flowers to them was rude to a delivery driver 2 years ago! I don't know what that comment had to do with my order or even with myself. I will never deal with this shop again because of the unprofessional service and attitude.

  I am very impressed. I had a short notice delivery request and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I was surprised by my girlfriend's quick response thanking me for the beautiful flowers that she had just received. The flowers were beautiful. I'll always recommend The Flower Shop from now on. Thank You for your great service.

  Love this shop, Emma the owner is always so friendly and helpful. Just wonderful customer service! The flowers are always professionally arranged and beautiful! I never use any other florist as I truly trust Emma and her staff!
