  First off, my husband and I have been using Thrifty for quite some time. Approx 6 or 7 months ago we decided to start using another company. Every time we came into Thrifty we got attitude, unprofessional customer service from Jessica and Brian(I think his name is). One of the last times we had rented, middle of summer, we drove the vehicle for 6 days with absolutely no air, down South--when returned nothing was done, not even an apology. Recently we had to return to Thrifty as it was a spontaneous trip and no one else had anything we were looking for. Within a few moments of being in Thrifty I noticed a difference. I asked my husband if there was new management, which he asked. We were greeted kindly and professionally with an introduction and welcome to the store by Tish and Gary. Their customer service skills and how they made all their customers that day feel welcomed was really refreshing. We are very happy that Thrifty has this exceptional management team. We look forward to doing business in the near future!

  Just wanted to give a thumbs up to the Thrifty staff in Sault Ste. Marie. Decided last minute to rent on the long weekend and they were very helpful and accommodating. Very competitive pricing and awesome customer service. I had never rented with Thrifty before and will definitely rent with them again when in Sault Ste. Marie. Thank you Tish and Gary!

  Great customer service and great for pricing. Also i would like to add. They are the only company that will help you if you don't have a credit card. My wife and I had to go down south for a medical appointment and National, Avis and Budget all basically laughed at us for not having a credit card. Tish got us fixed up and even opened the door 10 minutes earlier than the open time.

  Amazing customer service! Gary went above and beyond, including staying late to ensure everything was in order and I was able to get into some wheels after work. Thank you Gary and Thrifty, will always be my first choice for rental!
