    I find the service here friendly kind and caring there a great team and very efficient could not be happier with them

    Worst bank ever. Terrible service. There's no banking contests, gifts or anything ever. If you are an international student (like I am) go for the CIBC. There is nothing wrong with the Wellington branch specifically. But this bank as an overall has a terrible service. And then there is their robot when calling. It is more annoying than anything. And recently I didn't receive the credit card after my current one got expired (for the automatic renewal and card replacement). Next thing you know, after me calling them, explains me I have to extend the student permit. They never made me aware of this issue it or at least did not send a notification when it happened. Now I am without a credit card for about months all thanks to them. Of course I am able to renew my permit and when I do I am not going for this bank again.
