  Phillip is the most dedicated personal trainer a person could ask for. He tests my limits and I am seeing results. UP North Nutrition & Gym is welcoming; I feel like a part of things here. I've heard that people might feel self conscious here. All I can say is that if you still feel self-conscious after years of working out at another workout facility, maybe it's not working for you the way it should. The location is perfect. The dedication to meeting your needs is unparalleled.....and it's fun!

  They charge for lockers and the membership is already $35 a month. Its $10 for a small locker a month and $15 for a big locker. So those who can't afford it have to leave their stuff unsecured and risk theft. And it states in their contract that they're not responsible for stolen things. Real nice of a place to only provide paid security and then for those who can't pay have to risk getting their stuff stolen. Not to mention the small locker rooms and how cramped they are.

  Great gym for men and women regardless of shape, abilities, or goals. Knowledgeable staff and trainers. Phil is second to none in knowing ALL the brands and types of supplements and figuring out what works for you! Also has a great attitude and is very supportive no matter where you are at in your fitness life.

  I have never been in a gym let alone join one. And this is the place. I am blown away by the knowledge and professionals that are in there. Such a great place to workout.

  Great gym, good guys. A few of the leg machines are klunkier than I'd like but besides that I habe no gripes at all. By far my favorite gym in town after having been a member everywhere.
