  Excluding the cashier lady ghat was very helpful (but still wrote my name wrong on the best buy points card even though I spelled it).

  Store is pretty clean and kept in good order. The staff was friendly but seemed very eager to up sell you something. The parking lot was a bit of a mess(winter time) which is understandable in winter but there was a lack of salt at the entrance.

  The staff here are awesome! They are engaging and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for. The store layout is organized, and they have virtually everything you need electronics-wise.

  Took way too long for someone to ask me if I need help so I asked someone and they had no idea how to answer my question about a product. Told me to read the box. Hoping they'd find someone who has more knowledge on the product but they walked away. Staff needs to care more and be more knowledgeable.

  My husband and I purchased and iPad for daughter at Christmas they didn't have any available in the store but they did end up shipping it to our door in a very timely manner. we were very happy with her purchase and will most likely shop there again.

  I would say this place is terrible because mostly everyone that works there for the most part does not have a single clue about what their talking about. Best thing is to walk in knowing about what you want and only ask for help price matching and purchasing. Also what others say about people socializing is true it's 100% unprofessional. If none of the above was true I'd say it's amazing. But work on customer service and knowledge from staff and maybe it will be better.
