  Dr. Fairbanks office was able to see my child (who was having a dental crisis) on the same day. My child made a point of calling home to let me know how nice, efficient and "high tech" she felt the office was. All of her dental needs were met, and the office was more than willing to work with a "long distance" parent, whose child is away at school.

  I called to make an "emergency appointment" for my husband who required a tooth extraction within 48 hours. I was politely informed that Dr. Fairbanks does not perform extractions, but the receptionist was VERY helpful in referring me to oral surgeons & general dentists in the area who would. Based on the friendliness & service of staff alone, I will keep this office on my list for when we need dental work! Also, the receptionist did praise the dentist for whom she works & made no complaints. She seemed content to be at work, as if she really likes her job. That says a lot to me!
