    Booked an appointment a week in advance to change my tires. Quoted me at approx $900. My hubby bought tires at CT and called them back to let them know. They said that's fine, bring it in same time. It's $20 a tire to change. Said sweet. Get there and they tell me there's another vehicle coming in and they can't take my vehicle now. How unprofessional- no phone call or anything. Made my plans around this appointment for that to happen

    Found Quick Lane online via their oil change special with coupon. Was informed by the guy at the front desk that he needed the coupon in his hand. I told him that I'm from out of town, only have my phone and no printer and can't print out the coupon. I asked if he could print me one with the huge printer sitting behind him...he said no. So..a one star rating it is
