  I would NEVER set foot in this salon nor would I allow any family member or friend waste their hard earned money lining the pockets of such an ignorant, rude and slimy business owner!

  I didn't even get my hair cut it was my boyfriend, which literally took 5 mins... I walked around the mall once and was surprised by how little time it took for her to "cut" his hair.The lady did not listen to what he wanted, did not take the time to even give him a proper hair cut, I was extremely shocked his hair still looked dead and not at all what he wanted. Absolute waste of his money. It's unfortunate because there are extremely skilled and talented hairdressers there, he just didn't get one.

  Absolutely horrible at cutting hair , the young people there came straight out of college and have ZERO experience and over priced. They have their own line of hair products and it's pretty much like the free soap you get at hotels. All locations of this store are just as bad so don't think things will change cuz you went to another location.

  The workers are rude, smug, and hold their noses up in the air. To the point it makes you feel like you don't belong. Scrutinizing and belittling you with their eyes while you sit in the waiting area. Very condescending place. They put wax on your brows when it's way too hot and don't test the temperature and this has resulted in many people having brow skin ripped off, to the point there is a photo cycling around facebook of ripped off brow skin of a sixteen year old. On top of it if you feel disrespected in anyway, they could care less. They will hang up on you in a heartbeat regardless of you being reasonable.

  I am only giving this a one star review as I cannot go any lower. Otherwise I would. The owner Jerry, is a piece of work, who likes to throw any apprentice through a series of twists and turns until saying "You have no place working here". To the point the Ministry of Trades warned apprentices that called and actually said "We have this problem with Jerry, a lot, he does it all the time" about his schemes. Despite even having posted multiple ads for workers. It's absolutely unprofessional and absurd.

  To bring this to a close the hair stylists clearly don't know what they are doing with their colours. (For instance, witnessing a stylist using a 8A and 7P toner to create a silver instead of an 8A and a 10V, which creates a way nicer and better tone. Instead the hair would have come up toned and silver without any bleached brassy bands.) It was and has been an awful experience. I will never put my business into this place or bother with their atmosphere.

  It's always a hit or miss. When getting your hair done there's a 50/50 chance you'll be happy with the outcome.
