  I was a chef for a decade. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Your food is sub par except for your pizza, that was the only thing worth ordering from you guys. Not for an almost 2 hour wait tho.

  Came here a couple years back, taking my sister out for a night when I was in town from work, service sucked. Few years later, no different. Love the pizza (not a Mrs. B's or a glorious Auroras) but good. And the wings, are any beer drinking, sports lovers fav. Just wish the customer service matched the quality of their food. Took over 40 mins for a refill, my wings were cold. NOTHING to do with the servers, understaffed and overworked. I know the feels. Pick er up newly designed "SC".

  Very disappointed this evening. My husband, daughter, son in law and myself stopped in for a late supper. Picked Sports center because we have alwayd enjoyed it in the past. We walked in and sat down. One waitress was deep in convo with a customer and didn't even acknowledge we had walked in. The other waitress finally came over after 10 minutes and gave us our menus and took our drink order. 15 minutes later she brings some of the drinks and asks us if we are ready to order. Ummm.... yes!! Takes our order and leaves. Brings back my daughter and my meals and not the guys. My daughter's meal was overcooked and when my son in law got his the order wasn't right. Very disappointed!!! Service was horrible!!!

  My wife and I are at the Sault hospital with a newborn preemie in the neonatal intensive care unit. She has to feed him at certain times and keep a schedule. I call for a pizza, 45 min wait time on a Sunday evening. That's a little long but no big deal lots of time to eat once it gets here. An hour an 10 minutes goes by, still no pizza. I call. Sorry we're really busy it's on the way out now. Call again after we've been waiting 1 and a half hours. Hey man where's my pizza? Sorry it's leaving right now I'll put a discount on it. So you lied to me okay. 1 hour 50 minutes goes by pizza finally arrives. Without a discount. My wife's late to feed our son at this point. Call them and get some snobby ***** on the phone saying it's not their fault and the pizza was already gone so they couldn't discount it. Okay so you guys lie to your customers as well. Gotcha. My wife's not eating cold pizza. Gave the delivery guy $5 for wasting his time and told her where to go.

  Fun for the kids. Decent food at a decent price. Waitress staff were good people.
